Processing time

Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days for all in stock items. Should a product be out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected.

Order processing for Custom Resin Paw Bag Charms/ Keychains usually takes 15-25 business days. And for custom real flower jewellery orders, the processing time is 7 working days. Please remember that each piece is made to order and fully handcrafted with love for you, so please allow us enough time to make your pieces.

You can rest assured that your order will arrive promptly and in perfect condition.

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING RATES 

All UK orders are sent default with Royal mail 1st class FREE. You will receive the dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped. Unfortunately, we do not have more information about where is the parcel once it is been dispatched. Please contact us if you do not receive your order with 14 working days (UK).

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

We do ship worldwide however please know your country’s customs regulation as BUYERS are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

FREE Royal mail international NO TRACKING delivery for international orders over GBP 50 (equivalent) applied automatically in checkout. FREE Royal mail international Tracked & Signed delivery for international orders over GBP 100 (equivalent) applied automatically in checkout. Please contact us if you do not receive your order with 60 working days (INTERNATIONAL).

RETURN AND REFUND

We do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded. Unfortunately, I am not able to cancel or change an order after it has already been shipped.

Refunds
If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

MIHANA jewellery is made to pass the test of time but no matter how luxurious a material is, it always helps to care for it properly to ensure it looks great for as long as possible.

General Wear Advice
Wear with care and protect your jewellery from hard bangs, scratches, chemicals, sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Avoid contact with strong household products such as bleach and keep away from extreme temperatures, humidity and sunlight.
I do recommend that you remove your jewellery when showering, in the sea and when swimming in chlorinated water, although all of our stainless steel jewellery is 100% waterproof. 
Apply creams and perfume around your jewellery and not directly onto it.
Keep your jewellery away from products containing sulphur, such as rubber bands and some papers.

925 Sterling Silver

Gold plated sterling silver requires special love and care. Please follow my advice below:
Remove jewellery when showering or swimming to reduce contact with water and chemicals (especially chlorine) can affect the longevity of the gold plating. Please also avoid direct contact with perfume, cream and cosmetics.

To clean your jewellery and restore its shine we recommend that you use a jewellery polishing cloth to gently polish the surface. Do not use a polishing agent or abrasive liquids as these will wear away the layers of gold.

Sterling Silver can oxidise when it comes into contact with air and so it can be prone to tarnishing. This is not a fault and can be easily treated. Gently rub your jewellery with a specialised cleaning cloth to restore its shine year after year.
